How DE&I Comes to Life at Mirati
Our DE&I program, launched in 2021, is driven by a cross-section of leaders to impact our full company. Our DE&I strategy includes three pillars which are the foundation for creating and fostering an environment where employees can speak up and be their authentic selves while driving a positive impact for the communities we serve and our company.

During my childhood, many in my community looked at cancer as a mystery. My work at Mirati allows me to help physicians answer some of those questions and offer potential solutions to some of the issues that patients face with cancer.
At Mirati, I appreciate that each day the actions I take can mean greater access to care for patients.
