Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

image

At Mirati, we know through diversity of thought and experience that we are able to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that may help patients prevail over serious diseases. We are driven by our concern for the growing disparity in the treatment of cancer and strive to create a sense of belonging for all of our stakeholders while fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion internally and with those whose lives we impact.

How DE&I Comes to Life at Mirati

Our DE&I program, launched in 2021, is driven by a cross-section of leaders to impact our full company. Our DE&I strategy includes three pillars which are the foundation for creating and fostering an environment where employees can speak up and be their authentic selves while driving a positive impact for the communities we serve and our company.
