Job Description Summary

As a member of the Information Technology team, this individual is responsible for commercial systems implementation, management, and support. Under the direction of the Commercial IT Business Partner, this individual will work closely with Commercial Sales, Medical Affairs, and Data and Analytics teams to incorporate business requirements, processes, and data sources into the new systems. Strong analytical and project lifecycle management skills are required, including a thorough understand of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Your Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation or upgrades to all systems as needed. Ensures new and existing systems can support the business processes and requirements.

What is Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, CLM, MDM, data warehouse, and business intelligence/reporting capabilities, specifically in the life sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of industry and technology trends and best practices in data integration, application integration, information management, and business analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs business processes
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience planning, implementing, and supporting software solutions in a disciplined environment
  • 2+ years of CRM administration and operational support, ideally with Veeva or the Salesforce platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partners with assigned business units, Finance, HR, and Legal and other Departments to understand current systems and business processes, provide best practice guidance and to inform on latest features and functionality.
  • Monitors and controls the performance and status of corporate business applications used for accounting and financial operations, human resource information systems, and legal contract systems, including forecasting and analysis systems.

What is Required

Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, CMC Project Management will manage and support Technical Operations projects covering multiple functional areas, including, but not limited to, Clinical and Commercial Manufacturing, Process Development, Analytical Development and Control, Technology Transfer, Validation, CMC Support of Regulatory Filings, and CMC Alliance Management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of assigned Technical Operations projects from initiation to implementation
  • Prepare and maintain overall project timeline and provide appropriate benchmarking and risk management information

Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A, the Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis will be the Finance Business Partner between Finance and the assigned functional areas and will drive the financial planning and forecasting working cross-functionally to support major business initiatives and play a key role in setting the long-term financial directions of the company. The role will focus on the analytics that support budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and program management. The Associate Director will be a hands-on resource to senior management, department heads and program leads.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate financial budgets and forecasts for the organization.
  • Participate in the budgeting/forecasting process; includes owning financial reporting in partnership with Program Team Leaders, Program Team members and Department Heads to ensure financial information (budget vs actual) and other key performance indicators are provided on a monthly basis in order to cost-effectively manage the active programs and the business as a whole.
  • Ensure all key topics are raised proactively and aligned with stakeholders to minimize surprises.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages that include full financial statements, key performance indicators, key business trends, actual vs budget/forecast variances and comprehensive explanations of key differences for assigned functional areas.
  • Work closely with Department Heads to perform budget re-forecasting on an as required basis.
  • Work closely with Department Heads to develop and review customized financial reporting to support research contract work, clinical trials, manufacturing activities and commercial activities.
  • Develop financial models and productivity tools to help make responsible financial decisions.
  • Recommend enhancements to the financial planning and budgeting process and system that effectively generate program and activity-based reporting to meet internal business, SEC reporting requirements.
  • Provide accounting support in connection with the monthly close process and coordinate with Accounting to drive Balance Sheet and P&L accuracy and control.
