Job Description Summary

Mirati is seeking an Senior Collaboration Engineer who has experience working with Azure and enterprise application services to support the IT leadership team in executing the roadmap for IT infrastructure and cloud operations. This role's primary focus and responsibilities are for engineering, developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Mirati's modern collaboration strategy to keep the environment updated and current, work with Information Security to meet specifications, and maximize workforce convenience, compliance, and productivity while providing the best in class user collaboration and user experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about information technology (IT) operations, providing reliable and secure infrastructure and collaboration platforms in support of our critical business solutions. This person should demonstrate excellent problem-solving, dynamic multi-tasking, written and communication skills. They will also be able to use their technical experience and business acumen to maintain a trusted relationship with end-users and business partners, while enabling technical teams to deliver and maintain quality solutions aligned with our organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain, monitor, develop, and support the life cycle management of Mirati's modern collaboration environments that support native and hybrid integrations, identity services, productivity tools, digital signage and all related areas (physical and virtual)
  • Provide technical leadership and leads the overall collaboration landscape working with the senior leadership team and business partners to help develop, adopt and empower end users to self-driven, on-demand best practices building and supporting collaboration workspaces, processes, procedures in using platforms such as MS Teams, SharePoint O365, SmartSheets, and etc
  • Establish policies, procedures, WI, job aids, and SOPS
  • Manage and using CI (continuous integration) and CD (continuous delivery) pipeline methodologies toward improvements and delivery of tasks and deliverables in creating a uniform and precise way of combining ideas and efforts from multiple teams/business units
  • Employs in-depth, multi-disciplined research and development, proof of concept strategies to arrive at sound decisions and technical solutions
  • Architect, engineer, analyze, design, develop and implement innovative solutions and directly assist internal businesses in implementation or influence of collaborative platform expansion
  • Promote and help adopt all technologies part of O365 to maximize return on investments that solve business problems

What is Required

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
  • Full understanding of Microsoft 365 enterprise full stack applications (power apps, functions, enterprise applications, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
  • Help adopt and engineer solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and similar technologies as part of M365.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and related identity services including MFA authentication
  • Working experience with Single Sign-On integration between Azure AD, Office 365 and major SSO providers as well as enterprise SaaS applications and Crestron devices
  • Windows PowerShell experience related to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Exchange Server
  • Know how to script and use power, function, and enterprise apps
  • Must know how to administer and develop Sharepoint Online and working with 3rd party integrations and automation
  • Working knowledge of messaging and productivity tools, including Microsoft Exchange 2016/Exchange Online support in a hybrid environment
  • Create documentation, training materials, project plans, procedures and tips as needed for end user's education as well as architectural discussions
  • Understanding of systems engineering and platform architecture
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
  • Systems Administration experience at a corporate environment
  • Preferably 3+ years of Office 365 experience including conferencing room Teams systems for on-premise environment
  • Office 365 MCSA highly desired
